A: Nearly All DVD's we sell are multiregion supported. That means they are playable in USA, UK,
any part of the world.

Q: Are your DVD's NTSC or PAL?
A: Our DVD's are NTSC. If you require PAL output you can purchase an NTSC/PAL converter to view the dvd's, or your DVD
player may support NTSC/PAL conversion internally. Most of the DVD
player does have the converters.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our return policy for DVD's as well as our cancellation/refund policy on orders is as such:
Should a DVD be unreadable in your system, broken, damaged, or scratched through shipping, we are happy to replace the item. You simply have to write a brief description of the problem in a written note along with return the DVD(s) to us and we will ship you a new one after you have received authorization for return.
We can only refund cost of merchandise and not shipping and handling. Return shipping for refunds is reimbursed only when shipping was an error.
In that case, You must return the order via USPS First Class Mail ONLY to receive a refund on shipping error(s) fee(s).
We do not replace/refund DVD's based on the quality of the manufacturers process to create the DVD's, since this is beyond our control and is a manufacturing related issue. We do not refund DVD's that you have purchased, viewed and subsequently wish to return that you don't like. We will not provide a replacement for an item that does not have a valid tracking number which is verifiable in our system. Therefore, if you state that you ordered a DVD from us, but are unable to provide a tracking number on it or cannot produce the original invoice, we are not obligated to replace or refund the item.
Unauthorized return merchandise:
Merchandise that is returned without return authorization will not be replaced or refunded under any condition. The item(s) will not be returned to sender until shipping costs are covered to return them to you, since they were returned unauthorized.
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis as each of our customers is important to us and we wish to understand the reason for the refund request as life can produce unusual issues.
Lastly, should you receive an incorrect DVD, DO NOT OPEN THE DVD. If you do so, you have purchased the DVD. You cannot return it. Contact us immediately, and we will request that you send it back. When you have done so we will send you the correct DVD you have ordered. If you do open the DVD, we cannot replace it, or refund your original purchase amount beyond the difference of the two DVD's, if there is a difference. You will be invoiced for additional charges if the DVD you have opened is of greater value than the one you ordered.

For cancellations such as this, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include the original order numbers, and your transaction information and middle 8 digits of your
